The Attorney for Petitioner/Wife, JAMIE CROWN, files this her Motion to Appear Telephonically at Case Management Conference scheduled for XXXX XX, 20__ and states as follows:

  1. There is currently a Dissolution of Marriage pending before the Court.
  2. The undersigned is in receipt of a Case Management Conference scheduled for XXXX XX, 2016 at 8:45 a.m.
  3. The undersigned is a sole practitioner whom has two (2) hearings scheduled in Miami-Dade Court starting at 10:00 a.m. in the case of XXXXX v XXXXXX, Case Number: XXXXXXX at 10:00 a.m. before Honorable XXXXXXX and XXXXX v XXXXXX, Case Number: XXXXXXXX at 11:00 a.m. before General Magistrate XXXXXXX at 11:00 a.m.
  4. The parties have agreed to attend mediation and the Agreed Order of Referral to In-house Mediation has been sent to the Court for execution and the parties are just waiting for the Order of Referral to be entered to schedule and attend mediation.
  5. There will be no prejudice to either parties if the undersigned appears telephonically at the hearing.
  6. This motion is being filed in good faith.

 

WHEREFORE, the Attorney for Petitioner requests this Honorable Court enter an order allowing the undersigned to appear telephonically same in this cause.
