AGREED FINAL JUDGMENT OF PATERNITY

THIS CAUSE came upon agreement of the parties on the Petitioner’s Petition

to Determine Paternity, Sole Parental Responsibility, Supervised and Restricted Timesharing, Parenting Plan Child Support, and for Other Related Relief and the Respondent having filed an Response. The Court having reviewed the file and being otherwise fully informed and advised in the premises, it is hereby:

ORDERED and ADJUDGED

  1. This Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter and the parties.
  2. Both parties been a resident of the State of Florida for more than six (6) months immediately before the filing of the Petition.
  3.  KING JACK, is found to be the father of the minor child, Prince

                        King, born on XXXXXX XX, 200__

  1. The parties shall have shared parental responsibility with respect to the

minor child. The child shall continue to reside with the Petitioner/Father.   The Respondent/Mother shall timesharing as reflected in the parties Settlement Agreement & Parenting Plan.

  1. A Settlement Agreement and Parenting Plan was entered into by the parties on XXXXXX XX, 20__. The Court finds that the Settlement Agreement and Parenting Plan was entered into freely and voluntarily, after full disclosure, is in the best interest of the parties and therefore the same is approved and incorporated into this Final Judgment by reference, and the parties are ordered to comply therewith; however, said Settlement Agreement is not merged into this Final Judgment, but shall survive same.
  2. Pursuant to Florida Statutes based upon the parties incomes and timesharing with the minor child neither party shall have a child support obligation to the other party at this time.
  3. The court reserves jurisdiction for the enforcement and modification of this order.
