AGREED ORDER ON TEMPORARY TIMESHARING AND

COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES

 

THIS CAUSE, having come on to be considered upon the agreement of the parties, and the Court having reviewed the file, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises it is:

 

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

 

  1. The parties agree that the Father shall have the following temporary timesharing:

 

Thursday and Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m on XXXXXXX XX, 20__; XXXXXXX XX, 20__; XXXXXXX XX, 20__ and XXXXXX XX, 20__ week with pickup and drop-offs at the Park by the Mother’s residence.

 

Commencing Saturday, XXXXXXX XX, 20__ from 3:00 p.m. to Sunday at 7:00 p.m. with pickup and drop-offs at the Chevron Gas Station on corner of Pembroke Road and Douglas Road and every other weekend thereafter.

 

Commencing Tuesday, XXXXXXX XX, 20__ every Tuesday and Thursday from noon to 12:00 p.m. every week with pickup and drop-offs at the Park by the Mother’s residence.

 

  1. The parties agree to communicate only through email regarding the minor child.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. The Court reserves jurisdicition over the parties and the subject matter.
