AND FILE COUNTER-PETITION FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS MATTER having come upon the agreement of the parties and the Court having been advised as to the agreement of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent/Wife, JANE DOEW, is hereby permitted to file an Amended Answer and a Counter-Petition for Dissolution of Marriage. The amended answer and Counter-Petition shall be filed within ten (10) days of the date of this Order.
