FATHER’S MOTION TO COMPEL MANDATORY DISCLOSURE AND MOTION FOR SANCTIONS

The Petitioner/ Father, JACK KING, through his undersigned counsel hereby files his Motion to Compel Mandatory Disclosure and Motion for Sanctions and as grounds therefore would state as follows:

  1. There is currently a Complaint to Determine Paternity, Shared Parental Responsibility, Majority Sharing, Parenting Plan, Child Support and Other Relief before this Honorable Court.
  2. The Father filed an Exparte Motion to Compel Mandatory Disclosure and

an Order was entered compelling the Mother’s mandatory disclosure by XXXXX XX, 20__ (copy of Order attached hereto).

  1. The Mother has filed her financial affidavit but has not produced the

Documents pursuant to mandatory disclosure.

  1. The Father’s attorney had to file and present this motion because of the

Mother’s failure to comply with the Order entered by the Court.  He requests that this Court award him reasonable fees, costs and suit money for preparing and presenting this motion.

WHEREFORE, the Father requests the Court grant him relief as requested in this Motion.
