FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

THIS CAUSE came on for uncontested Final Hearing on this XXth day of XXXX, 20__ on Petitioner/Wife’s Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and the Respondent/Husband’s Answer and Waiver.  On the evidence, it is

ADJUDGED:

  1. This Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter and the parties hereto.
  2. The Petitioner/Wife has been a resident of the State of Florida for more than six (6) months immediately preceding the filing of her Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and neither party is a member of the military service.
  3. The bonds of marriage between Petitioner/Wife, JAMIE CROWN and Respondent/Husband, JACK KING, are hereby dissolved because the marriage is irretrievably broken.
  4. There were no minor children born in the marriage and no other children are contemplated.
  5. A Marital Settlement Agreement was entered into by the parties on XXXX XX, 20__. The Court finds that the Marital Settlement Agreement was entered into freely and voluntarily, after full disclosure, is in the best interest of the parties and therefore the same is approved and incorporated into this Final Judgment by reference, and the parties are ordered to comply therewith; however, said Agreement is not merged into this Final Judgment, but shall survive same.
  6. The Court retains jurisdiction of this matter and of the parties to enforce the provisions of the Marital Settlement Agreement.

DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Miami-Dade County, Florida, this 17th day of XXXXX 20__.
