FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

THIS CAUSE came on for uncontested Final Hearing on this Xth day of XXXX, 20__ on Petitioner/Husband’s Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and the Respondent/Wife’s Answer and Waiver.  On the evidence, it is

ADJUDGED:

  1. This Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter and the parties hereto.
  2. The bonds of marriage between Petitioner/Husband, JACK KING, and Respondent/Wife JAMIE CROWN, are hereby dissolved because the marriage is irretrievably broken.

The Court finds that the Marital Settlement Agreement was entered into freely and voluntarily, after full disclosure, is in the best interest of the parties and therefore the same is approved and incorporated into this Final Judgment by reference, and the parties are ordered to comply therewith; however, said Agreement is not merged into this Final Judgment, but shall survive same.
  4. The Court retains jurisdiction of this matter and of the parties to enforce the provisions of the Marital Settlement Agreement and Parenting Plan.
