 FINAL ORDER ON MOTHER’S AMENDED SUPPLEMENT PETITION FOR MODIFICATION OF TIMESHARING, CHILD SUPPORT, DECISION MAKING AND FOR OTHER RELIEF

 

THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Mother’s Amended Supplemental Petition for Modification of Timesharing, Child Support, Decision Making and For Other Relief and the Father’s Answer and the parties having reached a Post Judgment Joint Stipulation, the Court having reviewed same and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Court hereby makes the following findings of fact and conclusions of law as follows:

FINDINGS OF FACT

  1. The Court has jurisdiction over the present action and the parties, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Paternity entered on XXXXXX XX, 20__. Subsequently a Report of General Magistrate and Order ratifying same dated XXXXXX XX, 20__ and Order on Urgent Motion Regarding Child’s School land Contempt dated XXXXXX XX, 20__.
  2. The Mother filed a Supplemental Petition for Modification of Timesharing, Child Support, Decision Making and For Other Relief.
  3. The Former Husband filed an Answer to Mother’s Supplemental Petition for Modification of Timesharing, Child Support, Decision Making and For Other Relief. The Father filed a Verified Motion for Enforcement of Child Support; Motion for Attorneys Fees and Costs and Motion to Enforce Shared Parental Responsibility and For Contempt.
  4. The parties reached a Post Judgment Stipulation which resolved all of the parties issues.
  5. The Court has reviewed the Post Judgment Stipulation, executed by the parties and finds that the provisions therein are in the best interest of the children.

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

(A).      That the provisions of the Post Judgment Stipulation are hereby ratified and the parties are ordered to comply with the terms, provisions and obligations therein.

(B).      Any previous order not inconsistent with the provisions of the Post Judgment Stipulation entered within this case shall remain in full force and affect.

(C).     The court reserves jurisdiction for the enforcement and modification of this order.
