MOTHER’S MOTION TO COMPEL MANDATORY DISCLOSURE
The Petitioner/Former Wife, JAMIE CROWN, by and through her undersigned counsel, files this her Motion to Compel Mandatory Disclosure and in support thereof states the following:
- There is currently a Supplemental Petition for Modification of Shared
Parental Responsibility to Sole Parental Responsibility, Modification of Timesharing, Petition for Modification of Child Support and Children’s Dependency Exemptions pending before the Court.
- Pursuant to Rule 12.285 the Former Husband was required to produce the
documents listed in 12.285 (d) within forty-five days after the filing of service of the Former Wife’s Petition which occurred on XXXXX XX, 20__.
- The Former Husband has not filed a financial affidavit or produced the other documents required to be produced under Rule 12.285
- No objections to mandatory disclosure have been filed by the Former Husband.
WHEREFORE, the Former Wife requests that the Court order the Former Husband to produce his mandatory disclosure and any other relief deemed necessary by the Court.
