The Petitioner/ Father, JACK KING, through her undersigned counsel, files this his Motion for Referral to In-House Mediation, and as grounds therefore states the following:

  1. A Complaint to Determine Paternity, Shared Parental Responsibility, Majority Sharing, Parenting Plan, Child Support and Other Relief is currently pending before the court.
  2. The Father is requesting that the parties attend mediation immediately to attempt to amicably resolve this matter.

WHEREFORE, the Father requests the Court enter an order referring this case to mediation.
