The Father’s Ex parte Motion to Compel the Mother to comply with the mandatory disclosure, F.L.R.P., Rule 12.285 was considered by this Court. After reviewing the file, the Motion and being otherwise advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
- That the Father’s Motion to Compel Mandatory Disclosure is GRANTED;
- That the Mother shall comply with the mandatory disclosure F.L.R.P., Rule 12.285 within ten (10) days of the date of this Order.
- The Court reserves jurisdiction to award reasonable attorney fees and costs to the Father.
