PETITIONER/FATHER’S MOTION TO CONSOLIDATE

The Petitioner/Father, JACK KING, through his undersigned attorney, files this his Motion to Consolidate and states as follows:

  1. There is currently a Complaint to Determine Paternity, Shared Parental

Responsibility, Majority Timesharing, Parenting Plan, Child Support and Other Relief

being filed contemporaneously with this Motion.

  1. There is a Department of Revenue, Child Support Case Number: XXXXXX which should be consolidated into this Paternity case.
  2. Both cases involve the same parties, as well as the same issues.

WHEREFORE the Petitioner/Father requests this Honorable Court enter an order consolidating the aforementioned cases.
