PETITIONER/FATHER’S VERIFIED MOTION FOR IMMEDIATE TIMESHARING AND FOR ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT OF PATERNITY

The Petitioner/Father, JACK KING, hereby files his Motion for

immediate Timesharing and for Entry of Final Judgment of Paternity:

  1. The Petitioner, JACK KING is the Father of the minor child,

JM, born on xx/xx/20__, born in Florida.

  1. A completed Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act      (UCCJEA), Florida Supreme Court Approval Family Law Form 12.902(d) is filed with this Motion.  The Father has had the child residing exclusively and continuously with him attending school for the last four (4) years and has had sole parental responsibility of the minor child.  The Mother relocated to Pennsylvania without the child leaving him in the care of the Father.  The Mother has been in and out of drug rehabilitation.
  2. It is in the best interests of the minor child that the Court award the Father 100% timesharing and enter a Final Judgment of Paternity forthwith which maintains the status quo.

WHEREFORE, the Petitioner/Father requests the following from the Court:

  1. Enter an order awarding the Father 100% timesharing with the parties minor child which is the status quo and sole parental responsibility as shared parental responsibility would be detrimental to the minor child.
  2. Enter a Final Judgment of Paternity forthwith.

Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the foregoing petition and that the facts stated in it are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
