WIFE’S MOTION TO STRIKE HUSBAND’S AMENDED ANSWER AND COUNTER-PETITION
The Petitioner/Wife, JAMIE CROWN, by and through her undersigned counsel,
hereby files her Motion to Strike Husband’s Amended Answer and Counter-Petition and
as grounds therefore states the following:
- There is currently pending Dissolution of Marriage before the Court.
- The Wife moves to strike the Husband’s Amended Answer and Counter-Petition which he filed Pro Se on XXXXX XX, 20__.
- The Husband filed an Answer on XXXXX XX, 20__.
- The Husband did not file a Motion to Amend his Answer and did not seek leave of Court. As such it is improper for him to simply file an Amended Answer and Counter-Petition and same should be hereby stricken.
WHEREFORE, the Wife requests the relief requested herein and any other relief the Court deems necessary.
