WIFE’S VERIFIED MOTION FOR CHILD SUPPORT AND RETRO-ACTIVE CHILD SUPPORT

 

The Respondent/Wife, JAMIE CROWN, through her undersigned counsel, files this her Verified Motion for Child Support and Retro-Active Child Support, and as grounds therefore states the following:

  1. A Petition For Dissolution of Marriage currently pending before this Court.
  2. It is in the best interest of the child that the Court order the Husband to pay child support pursuant to the child support guidelines.
  3. In addition, the Wife requests retro-active child support as same is in the

the best interests of the child.

 

WHEREFORE, the Wife requests the Court enter an Order granting her relief as requested and any other relief deemed necessary by the Court.
