WIFE’S VERIFIED MOTION FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF THE HUSBAND
The Wife, JANE DOE, through her undersigned attorney, files this Verified Motion for Psychological Evaluation of the Husband and further states the following:
- A Petition for Dissolution of Marriage is being filed contemporaneously with the filing of the Motion.
- On XXXXXXXX XX, 20__ the Husband hit himself with a hammer until his head was bleeding.
- The Husband then called 911 and told them that the Wife hit him.
- The police officers reviewed the cameras at the house which revealed the Husband had himself not the Wife.
- The Husband’s judgment is impaired.
- The Wife requests the Husband submit to a psychological evaluation immediately.
WHEREFORE, the Wife respectfully requests the relief requested in this cause.
